Welcome to SelfAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SelfAI mobile application, website at https://www.selfaiheadshot.app, and web application at app.selfaiphoto.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rocket Digital Limited("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SelfAI is an AI photo studio application that generates professional headshots, portraits, and creative photos from user-uploaded selfies using artificial intelligence technology. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and the web.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Photos

  • You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the Service.
  • By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating your AI headshots and portraits.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you submit and that they do not violate any third party's rights.

4.2 Generated Content

  • AI-generated photos created by the Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use.
  • You may use generated headshots for LinkedIn profiles, resumes, business cards, social media, and other personal or professional purposes.
  • You may not use generated content for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 In-App Purchases

The Service may offer subscription plans and one-time purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and our web application. Payments are processed by the respective platform and RevenueCat.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. For web purchases, please contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated photos will meet your specific expectations.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain artifacts or imperfections.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
